Marketing Services
Our Marketing Services are available to assist you with account acquisition, activation, stimulation, growth and retention of your cardholder portfolios. We do this by determining card start-up strategies, helping create education programs for cardholders and staff, implementing customer contact programs to activate and retain cardholders, and developing new cardholder acquisition programs through direct mail, telemarketing, event marketing, and internal cross-sell incentive programs.
We can also assist you in tracking and measuring the results of a program and in developing other marketing techniques or product enhancements, such as reward, rebate, or balance transfer programs or convenience check mailings. We provide enhancement services such as membership clubs, credit life insurance and bonus programs as well as creative services including the design and layout of cardholder communication material.
- Client Services
Each of our clients is given a dedicated Client Account Coordinator, trained and focused on communication. The Client Account Coordinator's job is to work with you regarding the utilization of the system, product development, and with researching and resolving technical cardholder situations. These individuals represent your company's interests and are responsible for all communication between you and CAPITAL's Third Party Providers. Client Account Coordinators manage your day-to-day relationship and are always available to respond to questions and requests for information, research, or assistance with cardholder and system issues.
