CAPITAL Hires Gogarty to Lead Business Development

SIOUX FALLS, SD   October 30, 2007 – CAPITAL Card Services, Inc. (CAPITAL), a leader in portfolio management and card outsourcing solutions, today announced the addition of Donal Gogarty as Vice President of Business Development.

Gogarty brings with him 25 years of payment industry experience serving in a variety of roles. Donal's experience includes 20 years at First Data where he built business units both in the U.S. and the U.K. He was responsible for leading new business development teams and acted as the Client Business Executive for some of the top issuers in the country, including Citibank USA, Bank of America, Bank One, Sears, Advanta, and First Union. 

Most recently, with Card Management Corporation, Donal managed Sales, Marketing and Client Services and was responsible for new business acquisition as well as overall service delivery to various banks, credit unions and private label issuers.
