CAPITAL Extends Card Servicing Agreement with CorTrust Bank

SIOUX FALLS, SD - CAPITAL Card Services, Inc. (CAPITAL), a leader in portfolio management and card outsourcing solutions, announced today the renewal of its servicing agreement with CorTrust Bank, N.A. (CorTrust).  The multi-year extension allows CAPITAL to continue providing customer contact and portfolio management services to CorTrust.

CorTrust, a leading regional banking organization and a national issuer of MasterCard and Visa cards, has outsourced their customer contact services to CAPITAL for the past nine years.

“CAPITAL is a key strategic partner for us.  They provide an array of services that complement our business model,” said Jack Hopkins, President and CEO of CorTrust.  “With our future growth plans, there are few if any other companies that could provide the level of service we have come to expect.  We will continue to benefit from the expertise and guidance we receive from CAPITAL.”

CorTrust has been a CAPITAL client since 1999.  The financial terms of the renewal were not disclosed.
