Charles Hendrickson
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hendrickson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CAPITAL Card Services. He joined CAPITAL in 2000 as the Chief Financial Officer and was also the Executive Vice President prior to his current role. Mr. Hendrickson spent several years in conventional banking in Controller and Chief Financial Officer roles prior to coming to CAPITAL and has extensive experience in asset liability management, bank financial planning and acquisitions. He championed the initiative to understand and report credit card profitability reporting resulting in CAPITAL’s proprietary Vipr ℠ System. In addition, he has overseen the in-house development of scorecard and statistical analysis.
Mr. Hendrickson started his career in public accounting with McGladrey and Pullen and then with Citibank in bankcard finance. He received his degree in Business Economics from St. John’s University in Minnesota, and is also a Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the Board of Directors of CAPITAL and in his spare time enjoys music, horses and spending time with his family.

Eric (Rick) Lynam
Executive Vice President, Card Products
Mr. Lynam joined the company in April of 2008 and serves as Executive Vice President of Card Products and oversees the company's Client Service, and risk management areas.
Mr. Lynam has over 30 years in the credit card industry focusing on building prime credit card assets. Mr. Lynam started his credit card career in 1972 working for the National Bank of Jackson. He has been the President of Comerica Midwest in Toledo Ohio, President of Valley BankCard in Madison Wisconsin, Vice President/Director of Credit for Norwest Card Services in Des Moines Iowa, Vice President of Loan Operations for Old Kent Bank in Grand Rapids Michigan, and Senior Vice President of the Credit Card division for Pulaski Bank in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Mr. Lynam is also President of our subsidiary, CAPITAL Preferred Credit, LLC which helps clients build card portfolios. He enjoys golfing, reading and spending time with his family.

Michelle Mueller
Chief Financial Officer
Michelle Mueller joined CAPITAL in April 2001 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions including preparing and analyzing daily financial activity and monthly financials, evaluating internal controls, coordinating financial audits and overseeing correspondent banking relationships.
She has 16 years of experience as a controller and 22 years of accounting experience. She appreciates the variety of challenges her position provides, and the opportunity to find a solution for each of them.
Ms. Mueller is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of South Dakota with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. She enjoys family sports and the outdoors.

Ronnell "Roni" Wegner
Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Ms. Wegner joined CAPITAL in March 1999 and serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer. She oversees the company's information services group including application development, network/data center services, telecommunications and management of all platform processing systems.
Ms. Wegner's 29 years of experience in the credit card industry includes 15 years with Citibank. Her in-depth overall credit card knowledge includes experience in operations, payment processing, collections, marketing, new accounts, systems, project management, and product development. This overall knowledge enables Ms. Wegner to help financial institutions operate efficiently, limit costs, and increase revenues, which result in significant improvements to the bottom line.
Ms. Wegner has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is a certified public speaker. Away from the office, she enjoys fictional writing and boating with her family.

Jill Point
Senior Vice President, Card Services
Jill Point joined the company in October 2002 and serves as Senior Vice President of Card Services. She is responsible for the oversight and management of our customer contact centers. This includes, customer service, credit services, correspondence, fraud management, training, collections, and recoveries. Her responsibilities also include capacity planning and resource management for CAPITAL’s multilingual call-centers in Sioux Falls and Brookings, South Dakota.
Throughout her career she has held varied positions in management, including Collections Operations Manager, IT Business Analyst and IT Business Applications Coordinator.
Ms. Point received her BS from the University of South Dakota and has continually enhanced her capabilities with additional education. She enjoys the outdoors, reading and spending time with her family.

Sherry Tunender
Senior Vice President, Compliance
Sherry Tunender was named Vice President of Compliance in January 2003. Her responsibilities include oversight of the legal, compliance, audit, and regulatory affairs of the company; she also provides assistant in these same areas to CAPITAL's clients.
Ms. Tunender's role at CAPITAL is multi-faceted and backed by 27 years of experience in the credit card industry. Ms. Tunender is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager.
Ms. Tunender also serves as a compliance officer for CAPITAL's affiliate banks. She enjoys the outdoors with her family and pets.

Alfred Furth
Vice President, Portfolio Analytics and Risk
Alfred Furth joined CAPITAL Card Services in 2007 and serves as Vice President of Portfolio Analytics and Risk. He leads the statistical analysis and risk management activities at CAPITAL including proprietary scorecard development and management, marketing activities and account management.
Mr. Furth brings over 11 years of analytical experience to CAPITAL. He has been published numerous times including his own self-directed research in predictive modeling and clinical trial analysis. His extensive knowledge and experience with analytical tools and techniques began during his tenure at the Mayo Clinic providing support to the Cancer Research Center.
He received his Doctorate in Computational Science and Statistics from South Dakota State University. Alfred enjoys reading, sports and spending time with his wife and three children.

Jane Moore
Vice President, Human Resources
Jane Moore joined CAPITAL in January 2005 and serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. Her responsibilities include oversight of human resources activities at both the Sioux Falls and Brookings facilities including benefits administration, policy management, payroll, recruitment and human relations. Ms. Moore also manages the corporate training and communication areas at CAPITAL.
Ms. Moore has over 17 years of human resource experience, including experience in business accounting and general office administration. She previously held various human resource positions at a software development company and personnel staffing firm.
She received her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In her free time, Ms. Moore enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, camping, and going to movies.

Kerry Motl
Vice President, Finance
Kerry Motl joined CAPITAL in October 2000 and serves as Vice President of Finance. He is responsible for the oversight of the account and product profitability modeling, portfolio pro forma modeling, volumes forecasting, allowance for loan loss modeling and the analysis of portfolio financial activity.
Mr. Motl has over 16 years experience in the credit card/financial industry.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Minnesota State University Mankato, earning Magna Cum Laude honors. In his free time, Mr. Motl enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

Doug Scheid
Senior Director of Information Technology
Doug Scheid joined CAPITAL in November 2005 and serves as Senior Director of Information Technology. Mr. Scheid has overall responsibility for the technological infrastructure within the company.
With over 30 years of network and telecommunications industry expertise, Mr. Scheid has held a number of managerial positions for such companies as Citicorp, LodgeNet, and BankFirst.
Mr. Scheid received technical training in the United States Air Force. He enjoys spending time with his family, water skiing, and teaching ballroom dancing with his wife.

Sheila Finch
Director of Integration Services
Sheila Finch joined CAPITAL in May 2000 and serves as the Director of Integration Services. Ms. Finch has been a major contributor to the development and overall success of the Integration Services Department. Her responsibilities include managing software, FDR and Fiserv projects regarding changes in client card functionality or processing controls. In addition, her area coordinates requirement planning and testing for service enhancements to CAPITAL’s proprietary software infrastructure systems.
Ms. Finch brings over 15 years experience in the banking industry. She has held a variety of positions in the financial services industry and has worked with correspondence, customer service, risk, compliance and systems areas before becoming the Director of Integration Services.
Ms. Finch received a degree in Marketing Management from Northwest Iowa Community College. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family.

Chuck Huntimer
Director of Customer Care
Chuck Huntimer joined CAPITAL in August 2005 and serves as the Director of Customer Care. Mr. Huntimer has responsibility for Customer Care phones, Training, Mailroom and the Business Support department, which includes Fraud, Disputes and Correspondence. Previously Mr. Huntimer was the Director of Collections and was a major contributor to the development and overall success of the Collections Department including recoveries and agency management.
Throughout his career, Mr. Huntimer has held a variety of positions in the banking industry. He brings over 22 years of experience in credit cards including 14 years of collections, customer service management and auto dialer experience.
Mr. Huntimer studied Business Management at Sioux Falls College. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing fast-pitch softball, camping and fishing.
